Earlier this year, we provided a social media audit for the brand, analysing their online presence and their current market share for online conversation.
Based on our research into how they present themselves, how their customers perceive them and the topics of conversation customers and potential customers are having in the wider marketplace, we developed a strategy to help them increase their online visibility, market share and sales.
Encompassing research, brand monitoring, seo, social media marketing and good old fashioned high-value web content (articles, video content, photographs), it will encompass everything we love to do – and are best at.
